PLEASE REVIEW ALL OF THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. By making a reservation, you are entering into an agreement to adhere to all of the House Rules below, which takes effect at time and date of check-in and ends at check-out. This House Rules agreement is NOT a lease and conveys no rights in real property at any time. Your use is limited to the House Rules defined herein.
Please be prepared to send picture ID to us confirming proof of age over 25 yrs old.
***Please remove shoes inside the house, NO HIGH HEELS on the floors. (The wood floors are very soft.)***
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS. You may not exceed the number of guests than what's on the reservation at any time without prior approval. No additional guests are allowed to ENTER the property at any time. You must get approval if you wish to have any visitors that are not on the reservation.
2. NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. Check-in is 3pm and after. Check-out is by 11am. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests due to the enhanced cleaning regimen required to properly clean and sanitize the home according to CDC protocols for your health and safety.
3. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. No exceptions. This is strictly monitored at check-in. Guests will be asked to leave without refund if they do not adhere this rule. We have custom home and we cannot accommodate any animals.
4. NO SMOKING, VAPING OR BURNING CANDLES. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
5. Please be respectful of our neighbors! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise between 10pm - 8am weekdays and 11pm - 8am weekends. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
6. Keep doors or screen doors closed AT ALL TIMES. There are many insects, raccoons and cats in the area that can easily enter the home if doors are open and cause infestation and damage, not to mention, make a meal out of you! Please be responsible and keep all doors or screen doors closed (front door, living room glass door, dining room glass door, kitchen glass door, master bedroom glass door, bedroom 2 glass door).
7. NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTO or VIDEO SHOOTS without prior approval. If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. You must get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Unauthorized use of the rental property's name, address or images (interior, exterior, or property surroundings) for any commercial, business, sales, or promotional use in any print, film or electronic media is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
8. NO SPECIAL EVENTS, PARTIES or WEDDING are allowed without prior written approval.
9. Guests shall allow access to property management vendors or workers during their stay for landscaping, pool/hot tub maintenance, trash removal, any necessary repairs and inspection of premises.
10. No glitter or confetti allowed. Please remove all decorations, if any, by check-out time at 11am on day of checkout.
11. Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess is a $500 cleaning charge. If you rearrange furniture, please put it back where you found it. Leave used towels in the bathroom. Thank you in advance for treating the home as if it were your own. :)
12. Illegal or abusive use of the internet is strictly prohibited.
13. Reschedule requests will be handled the same as our cancellation policy.
14. Home is not childproof (ie. no child locks, no outlet protectors, small objects within reach, etc). Safety is our number one priority. You must assume full responsibility for the safety of any children.
15. Please be respectful of the space. This house is unique with hand picked decor throughout the home. We value honesty... If something breaks, please let us know. If we discover an item is broken, damaged or missing without any prior written notice, we will charge a replacement fee of $100 per item in addition to the actual cost to replace or repair items. If total cost exceeds the deposit amount, we will bill your credit card or collect the funds through the Resolution Center to cover replacement costs of damaged, missing, or broken items.
**Failure to follow any of the House Rules will be considered a breach of contract resulting in withholding part or all of the deposit in addition to any damages sought.**
